Thought I was slick with 4 different adblockers on my browser til last week
I had uBlock Origin, Adblock Plus, Privacy Badger, and Ghostery all running at the same time. Found out last week they were all conflicting and slowing my browser down to a crawl instead of helping. Anyone else ever gone overboard with too many extensions?

Ran into the same mess last year with three blockers fighting each other. Switched to just uBlock Origin in hard mode and turned off everything else. Night and day difference on load times, pages actually render before I finish my coffee now. The real kicker was seeing how much RAM those extensions were eating up when I checked task manager. Sometimes one good tool with the right settings beats a whole army of mediocre ones every time.

I had uBlock Origin and NoScript running together for about six months before I noticed my browser was taking fifteen seconds just to load a basic news article. Put them both in a container tab setup with Firefox and it finally made sense. Ended up dropping everything except uBlock Origin and a simple script blocker. No more conflicts, page load times dropped to maybe three seconds. Sometimes less is actually more with this stuff.
