Hit 1000 loaves sold last weekend and nobody warned me how it would feel
I was so focused on getting the number that when it finally happened I just stood there staring at my order log. Has anyone else hit a random milestone that felt way bigger than you expected?

Sat there for a good five minutes just staring at the screen myself when I hit 500. Felt like I should be jumping around or something but instead I just felt kind of still and quiet inside. It's weird how those big numbers sneak up on you and hit different than you expect. Like you spend all this time chasing it and when it finally shows up you don't know what to do with yourself.

It is just a number. Hit 2000 last month and barely blinked.

Yeah, "barely blinked" is exactly how it felt for me too... I remember thinking I'd feel some huge rush of accomplishment but instead it was just kind of this quiet recognition that the number went up. It's like the chasing is more exciting than the catching or something. You spend months grinding away at it and when you finally get there it's just... another day. Almost makes you wonder what the point even was. But I guess that's just how these things work, the real satisfaction is in the little moments along the way, not the big milestone itself.
