Vent: Our local bake-off turned into a flour bomb situation (the cleanup crew is still finding it in weird places, like my mailbox).

Flour bombs suck big time. That stuff gets into crevices you didn't know existed, like behind picture frames or inside lamp shades. It cakes onto surfaces and turns sticky with any moisture. Vacuums choke on it, and wiping just moves it around. You'll be finding white powder in weird spots for months. It's not just a mess, it's a haunting.

Question your life choices" is right lmao. I once tried to clean a flour spill with a wet cloth and basically made paste. It was like I was trying to glue my floor together.

But come on, it's just flour we're talking about here. It's not like it causes any real harm or damage. Cleanup might be a pain for a bit, but it's not a crisis. These messy things happen sometimes with group events. I guess I just don't see why it's such a big deal to post about.

Oh please, @spencer_coleman, you've clearly never had to deal with flour in every nook and cranny. It gets into your clothes and turns them into ghost costumes, sticks to your hair like weird dandruff, and don't even get me started on how it clogs up vacuums. People post about it because it's funny to see someone else's disaster, plus it's a warning to others. Sure, it's not a crisis, but it's the kind of annoying mess that makes you question your life choices. Honestly, if you think flour is no big deal, you must have a magic cleanup crew on speed dial.
