The pie crust at that diner in Tulsa had me questioning everything
Stopped at a random diner last weekend and their pie crust was flaky AND held up to the filling, no soggy mess. I've been baking for 8 years and mine still shrinks half the time. Anyone else had a restaurant crust that made you want to toss your own recipe?

Secret's probably lard, mine never tastes that good either.
