Heard a customer at my shop say they never check their bank statements
They claimed their bank would 'catch anything weird' automatically. I think that's a huge risk, because a small, repeated error or fraud can slip through for months. Has anyone else had to fix a problem that regular checking would have caught?

That's a wild level of trust to put in a bank! My friend got hit with subscription fraud for almost a year before noticing.
