Stood in line at the teller for 15 minutes behind a guy arguing about a $3 fee
Some guy in front of me at my Chase branch in Austin last Tuesday was yelling at the teller over a $3.50 overdraft fee from 2018, and she just kept apologizing even though he was clearly wrong. Has anyone else had to witness a customer go full meltdown over something this small at a bank?

My buddy watched a lady scream over a 75 cent late fee at Wells Fargo last month.

Oh man, that's wild. Honestly, I had a similar thing happen to me at a grocery store, not a bank though. @iris927, your buddy must have been so uncomfortable just standing there watching that unfold. I was behind a lady in line who flipped out because the self-checkout machine charged her an extra 10 cents for a bag she didn't even ask for. She made the cashier call a manager over and everything, just for a dime.
