TIL my local credit union processes payments way faster than my big bank ever did

I compared the two after a rent payment got stuck for 3 days with my national bank back in February. With the credit union, same payment from my checking account cleared in under 24 hours. They also didn't hit me with any weird holds or fees. Has anyone else seen this kind of difference between bank types?

This is just how it goes with smaller places. Bigger the company, slower and more annoying everything gets, not just banks.
