Zelle vs Venmo for rent payments is no contest
Tbh I used Venmo for rent with my roommate for like 2 years and it was fine until that one time the payment got flagged for fraud and held for 5 days. Landlord was not happy. Switched to Zelle last month for our $1200 split and honestly it hits his account in under 30 seconds every time. No holds, no fees, no arguing about it. The downside is Zelle doesn't have that purchase protection if something goes wrong but for people I actually know? It's way cleaner. Anyone else ditch Venmo for bills and stick with Zelle?
