I found a graph showing how wood prices jumped 40 percent since 2020 and it made me miss the old days of $30 bags of hickory

I was reading a blog from Franklin BBQ's website and they had a chart that showed the cost of wood has gone up way more than I realized, and it got me wondering if anyone else has noticed their favorite spots changing their rubs or smoke times to save money.

Man, it's wild how everything's just quietly gotten more expensive like that. I feel like it's the same with a lot of small things we don't think about, like beer or even just a bag of chips at the store.
