Paid for itself in one cook? That's pretty solid. I burned a brisket bad enough once that it basically felt like I set $60 on fire, so I see your point.

Yeah @olivia_moore that's EXACTLY what I'm saying. I once left a pork shoulder on too long and it turned into basically charcoal, felt like I threw $40 right in the trash. Makes you want to buy a thermometer gun or something just to be safe.
