Maybe the one line is just a hook to pull up a whole memory. It's not the full story but it starts it.

My grandma passed when I was a kid and we kept every single card and letter she ever wrote. Looking at them now, I wish I had more of her voice, not just her handwriting. A single line feels like it leaves too much out. Wouldn't you want a full story to look back on?
