My grandpa's shoebox of index cards beat every notes app I have tried
I used to type every thought into my phone and now I write it on a 3x5 card because my grandpa left 400 of them behind in a shoebox in Duluth and reading his handwriting taught me more about him than any photo. The apps kept my stuff searchable but I never once went back and read it, while his cards sat on the kitchen table and got read by everybody who walked by. What is one small thing you still do the slow way just so someone can find it later?
