Serious question, how do you hold onto the good days?

I used to just let them fade, but after a really rough winter, I started writing one good thing from each day on a sticky note and putting it in a jar. Last week I pulled out the one from March 15th that just said 'kids all napped at the same time for an hour.' It sounds small, but reading it back made me smile all over again. It's changed how I see the whole week. What's your method for keeping the good stuff from slipping away?

That camera roll trick is a lifesaver, honestly.

Love that jar idea, it's so simple but genius. I do something kinda similar with my camera roll. I take a quick pic of whatever tiny good thing happens, like my coffee being perfect or my dog doing a dumb face. Then when I'm having a trash day, I scroll back through just that folder. It's crazy how a dumb picture of a good parking spot from two months ago can actually turn my mood around. Makes you realize there's more good little moments than you think.

Yeah, I keep a note on my phone for the same reason, just quick little wins.
