Found out my 'supportive' friend group has a group chat without me
I stumbled on a screenshot on my roommate's phone last night. It showed seven of them talking about my last breakup like it was gossip. How do you even bring that up without sounding paranoid?

A friend of mine found out the same way... she saw a notification pop up on her boyfriend's phone while they were watching Netflix. It was called "The Real Talk" and had all her close friends in it, talking about her new haircut like it was a scandal. She never said anything, just slowly started hanging out with different people until she found ones who didn't need a secret chat.
