Just read that 83% of people in a big study said they fake being okay at work

I saw it in a report from the American Psychological Association last month, and it made me think about how many of us are just pretending. How do you even start to be real when everyone else is acting fine?

The problem is that being the brave person feels like career suicide.

That APA report is a pretty clear sign the whole workplace culture is broken. We're all stuck in this loop where showing any stress feels like admitting failure. It's going to take a few brave people being honest to finally break the cycle.
