PSA: Spent $35 on a cheap food scale and it saved my baking for real
I bought a $35 food scale off Amazon last month after ruining three batches of cookies with my eyeballing method... turns out measuring flour by weight instead of cups really does change everything. Anyone else find that kitchen gadgets you ignore for years end up being the ones you use daily?

35 seems steep, mine was 12 bucks and works perfectly.

Did your kids knock it off the counter like mine did to my last three chargers?

Figured mine might be a dud but the 12 dollar ones I tried broke in two months. The metal housing on this one actually holds up to drops and the battery lasts four days easy. Paying more upfront saved me from buying replacements every season.
