Shoutout to my dentist appointment last Thursday
I smiled and joked with the hygienist the whole time, but inside I was panicking about the $800 bill for a crown. Has anyone else had to act totally fine while stressing about money?

Oh man, "been there" is right. That reminds me of the time I tried to haggle with my dentist over a filling. Did not go well!

Honestly I see this everywhere now, people just quietly freaking out about basic costs. My friend was laughing at brunch last week while checking her bank account under the table.
