Blew $2,400 on a coding bootcamp in Denver, now I fix houses and make more
Everyone online says you need a bootcamp to switch careers. I did one in Denver back in 2022 for $2,400 and finished with a certificate that got me exactly zero interviews. Two sides here: some folks swear the network alone was worth it, others say you can learn the same stuff free. My other buddy spent $15k on a different program at a real school and got hired in 4 months, so maybe the cheap ones are just paper. Anyone actually landed a job off a sub-$3k bootcamp, or is that just money down the drain?
