Folded my whole life into a storage unit and felt lighter than I have in years
I packed up my apartment of 8 years into a 10x15 unit outside Portland last Tuesday after my divorce finally went through, and honestly I was expecting to feel crushed but instead I felt like I could breathe for the first time in forever. Has anyone else had a big downsizing moment that actually felt like a relief instead of a loss?

Just wait until you realize you've paid $200 a month to store a bunch of stuff you won't touch for five years, then the relief kicks in again.
