My boss's 2 word critique about my resume changed how I interview
After 12 years at the same tree service, I finally started applying for a management role and kept getting turned down. My old boss read my resume and just said 'too vague', so I rewrote every bullet to start with a number like 'cut 40% of overtime' instead of 'helped with scheduling'. It's wild how one small tweak got me three callbacks in a week, anyone else get feedback that made a bigger career shift suddenly easier?
