My old coal forge looked like a lost cause before I switched to a forced-air blower from a junked furnace.

The difference in heat control and clean-up time after a single weekend project was so huge I'm never going back to a hand-cranked bellows, has anyone else made a simple swap that felt like a total game-changer?
