That time a guy at a flea market sold me a 1985 copy of Talisman for 8 bucks

Tbh, I almost walked right past this old table in the back corner of a flea market outside Tulsa. The seller said, "This one's beat up but the rules are still solid, kid." He was right, the box is held together with tape but all the pieces are there. We've played it like 15 times since then and it's become our group's go to when we want something chaotic. Has anyone else found a hidden gem from an older edition that you swear by?
