Update: My game night crashed hard last Saturday

I was hosting 8 people for a board game night in my apartment. Someone knocked over a drink onto the game board, ruining the score tracker. How do you handle spills during a game without ruining the fun?

Dude, yes, I remember that cardboard score tracker from the 2018 regional finals in Austin. It was literally taped to the wall with that old masking tape that barely held it up. Someone bumped into it during the third quarter and it almost fell off completely. We had to watch the rest of the game hoping nobody sneezed near it. I can't believe they didn't just print a new one on proper paper.

I mean, cardboard is basically the official material of "we'll fix it later" and then never fixing it. Maybe it's just me but I've definitely been the guy taped to the wall barely holding it together too.
