Found a surprising stat about boiler pressure vessel failures in a trade journal
I was reading the National Board Bulletin from last quarter and saw that over 60% of reported incidents involved improper water level control. It really drove home why those daily gauge glass checks are non-negotiable. Anyone else have a go-to source for this kind of safety data?

Trying to find that bulletin feels like looking for a dropped screw in a pile of wood chips. Pretty sure I saw it a minute ago, but now it's just gone. My search skills are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Good luck to us both, I guess.

Yeah, I was just looking for that same thing. Couldn't find it anywhere either.
