I added up all the tube welds I did at the plant in Gary over 12 months and the number came out to 1,842, way more than the 900 I would have guessed. What got me was seeing that my rework pile was 14 of them, and 11 happened in the two hours after lunch. Do you guys track your own numbers like this, or does that just mess with your head on the job?
