Renting a storage unit sight unseen in Phoenix was a mistake I won't repeat

Booked a 10x10 unit online last month from the photos, showed up to find the gate keypad broken and a leak dripping onto my boxes. The manager shrugged and said maintenance comes 'eventually.' Anyone else gamble on those virtual tours and regret it?

Man, that's the Phoenix special right there. Guess the virtual tour didn't show the "leaky ceiling and broken keypad" filter option. Hope your boxes were full of stuff you didn't care about, cause that drip is now part of the decor.
