That YouTube video on sourdough starter changed my mind about baking from scratch
I always thought making your own bread was just hipster nonsense until I watched this guy in Toronto prove his starter grew in 5 days with just flour and water. No fancy tools, no expensive ingredients, just patience. He showed the whole process step by step and I realized I was overthinking it. Has anyone else had a baking habit they swore off but then totally flipped on after seeing something simple?
