Hit 100,000 bricks laid today without even realizing it until I counted back my jobs

That number just snuck up on me while I was tallying up a church wall I finished last Thursday, and now I can't stop thinking about how many pallets that actually is - anyone else keep a running count or am I just weird about this stuff?

My buddy Dave had the same thing happen with drywall screws. He kept a tally for years without telling anyone, then hit half a million during a hotel job. His wife found his little notebook with all the numbers and thought he was tracking something secret. He had to show her the job sites to prove he wasn't up to something weird. Now she just shakes her head when he mentions his screw count at dinner.
