Just fed my family of 4 for $22 this whole weekend
Did a pantry challenge and only bought a $5 rotisserie chicken, the rest was rice and frozen veggies we already had. Anyone else try a no-spend grocery week lately?

That's a smart way to see what you're really working with in your kitchen. It makes you wonder how much we all buy just because it's a habit, not a need. A week like that can really reset your shopping mindset.

Yeah that shopping mindset reset is real, I started taking a photo of my fridge before I go to the store.

Totally get this. I did a pantry week last month and found three cans of soup I forgot about. Made a big pot of beans from a bag that was way in the back of the cupboard. It felt good to use stuff up instead of just adding more to the pile.
