Just realized skipping breakfast to save cash was making me overeat later

I used to think skipping breakfast was a smart way to cut costs on food. After noticing I'd binge on cheap snacks by lunch, a friend pointed out how it messes with my hunger cues. Now I make oatmeal with bulk oats and frozen berries, which is pennies per meal. I feel fuller longer and actually spend less overall. Totally changed my approach to eating on a budget.

Actually found it tanks my focus too so I make dumb choices. A cheap breakfast saves more than just food money.

Ugh, been there, makes it worse.

Did the same thing until I found cheap eggs fix it.

My friend tried @jasona87's egg thing and it cut her junk food craving, weirdly.
