Warning: Jarred sauce helps my budget more than homemade sometimes

My job as a contractor leaves me with tired hands and little time at night. I used to feel bad about not cooking sauce from scratch like everyone says. But I buy good jarred sauce when it's on sale and mix it with low-cost noodles. This keeps me from ordering pricey pizza when I'm too beat to cook. For my situation, it's a smart way to eat cheap without stress.

Honestly, I used to judge jarred stuff pretty hard. Your post makes total sense though, gotta do what works for your life.

How is that not a win for your budget and your tired hands?

Yeah, the whole "do what works for your life" thing is key. I read a blog post once that was like, the best kitchen shortcut is the one you'll actually use.
