My laundry hack in hostels saved me $60 last month
I was tired of paying $5 per load at European hostels so I started washing a few items in the sink while showering and hanging them on the bunk bed rails. Turns out most clothes dry overnight if you roll them in a towel first. Anyone got a better drying trick for tiny hostel bathrooms?

Nothing dries faster than those quick-dry hiking towels, I swear by them. Rolled up a pair of jeans in one once and they were dry by morning.

My buddy tried this trick with a wet wool hoodie once, said it came out smelling like a wet dog and still damp in the armpits after 8 hours. Guess the material really matters with those towels, or maybe his was a knockoff from Amazon. I've had better luck just wringing stuff out hard and hanging it on a doorknob with a fan blowing.
