Spent $8 on a hostel in Budapest and woke up to bed bugs crawling on my arm

I grabbed my sleeping bag liner, slept in the lobby until 4am, then got a refund and found a guesthouse down the street for $15 a night that was spotless, has anyone else dealt with an infestation while traveling cheap?
