Finally got my grocery bill under $60 a week by switching to a meal plan

I started planning five dinners on Sunday and stuck to the list at Aldi... saved over $40 compared to my usual random trips. Anyone have cheap recipes that don't feel like a sacrifice?

That's a huge win, but my weekly Aldi run is usually closer to $80 for one person.

Grocery prices are just wild lately.

My friend Sarah got her Aldi receipt down to $52 last week. She said it was all about the chicken and frozen veggies, plus one weird splurge on fancy cheese. She was so proud she texted a picture of the full grocery bag.

I just started doing the same thing actually. I was spending like $90 a week before and now I'm at $55 using the same Aldi chicken and frozen veggie combo. It feels good but man, Sunday prep takes me like two hours and I'm still not used to it.
