My neighbor saw me pressure washing my own driveway and offered me $50 to do his.
I was out there last Tuesday, just doing my usual thing, and old Mr. Jenkins from three houses down walks over. He points at my work, then at his own mossy concrete and says, 'Kid, if you can make mine look half that good, I've got cash.' I did his in about an hour, and that $50 went straight into my emergency fund. Has anyone else had a random side job pop up just from doing your own chores?

Bro are you serious? Fifty bucks is like a full tank of gas or a decent grocery run. That's not just pocket change, that's real money. I'd jump through a couple hoops for that any day of the week.
