Packing lunch used to make me crazy too until I started doing it the night before. Why wait until morning when you're already rushed? Getting everything ready while watching TV turns it into a chill part of my evening. Maybe try batching stuff like chopping veggies for a few days at once? It cuts down on the daily mess and feels less like a chore.
