How my bullet journal grew with my mental health

When I began, my pages were just lists of things to do. Now I sketch little icons for my mood each day, and it shows me when I need a break. Do you guys track your mental state in your journals?

Yeah mine started the same way. I used to just write down tasks for work. Then I added a little box for how many hours I slept each night. Seeing that number drop over a week was a real signal that I was pushing too hard. Now I have a whole section for what made me feel good that day, even if it's just "had a good coffee." It helps me spot the patterns, you know?

I only tracked big stuff like workouts for years. But adding tiny wins like "called mom" last month totally flipped how I see my own data.

Totally get it, @hollyl25. Made the same shift tracking little stuff.

That "what made me feel good" box is genius. It turns data from just numbers into a real mood map. I'm stealing that idea for my own tracker.
