My bullet journal went from a messy list to a real planner in about 4 months
I started in January with just a daily log of tasks... it was a jumbled mess. Around March, I saw a video about a 'future log' and a monthly calendar page. I tried it, and it made me see my whole month at once. The big change was making a weekly spread with a tiny habit tracker. Now I can actually plan ahead and see what I do each week. Did anyone else find that adding one new type of spread was the key to making it work?

Wait, what if the problem isn't seeing too much or too little, but just needing a different layout? I tried the tiny two-day thing and felt totally lost, like I couldn't see what was coming up. For me, having that full weekly view is the only way my brain connects what I'm doing today to what I need to do tomorrow. Maybe it's less about the amount of info and more about how it's all laid out for your own brain to get it.

That "whole month at once" feeling is so real. I tried a future log once and it just stressed me out. I actually went the other way and made my spreads smaller. I do a two day page now, with just three tasks and a little doodle space. Seeing less at a time somehow makes me do more. It's weird how everyone finds their own fix.

Yeah, I totally get that. My game changer was adding a weekly money tracker on the side of my main task list. It sounds random, but seeing my coffee spending right next to my to-dos made me plan better. I see what @brooke_wells20 means about smaller spreads working, but I need the bigger picture to connect everything. What was the first spread that actually clicked for you?
