My weekly spreads were a mess until I started drawing a tiny line down the middle

For about three months, my to-do list and my notes for the week were all jumbled together on one page. Last Monday, I took a ruler and drew a single, thin line down the center of my spread. Now the left side is for tasks and the right side is for random thoughts or meeting notes. It sounds so simple, but it stopped me from losing track of action items. Has anyone else tried a simple divider like this to clean things up?

My friend did that with washi tape and it saved her whole planning system.

Wait, did your friend use it to color code sections? Mine tried that and it finally made her weekly spread make sense. Ngl, she was about to give up before the tape thing clicked for her.

Honestly vera_robinson36, washi tape saving a whole system seems like a lot. It's just sticky paper, not a magic fix. Tbh my planner is a mess and I get by fine. Can't imagine a bit of tape being that serious of a game changer.
