Overheard a stranger at Starbucks rant about weekly spreads being a waste of time

I was grabbing coffee last Tuesday and this woman next to me was telling her friend that weekly spreads in bullet journals are pointless because "you just write the same stuff every week." It made me think because I've been doing monthly logs for like 3 years and never bothered with weeklies. I tried adding one last month to track my work shifts and it actually helped me stop forgetting my Tuesday meetings. Has anyone else found weeklies useless or do they work for you?

Funny how people get so stuck in their own routine they forget not everyone lives the same way.

Did you catch that study about how different sleep patterns affect people's health? It really showed how much your work schedule shapes everything about your body clock. Makes me wonder if schools and workplaces could ever adjust to match different people's natural rhythms better?

Man, 5 years ago I was that guy 100%. I used to wake up at 430am every day and just assumed anyone who wasn't hitting the gym before work was lazy or something. Then my buddy Dave, works night shift at a factory, told me how he gets off at 6am and crashes hard. Completely changed how I saw things - his "morning" is my evening, his whole rhythm is flipped. Now I try to ask people what their day looks like before I judge their habits.
