Rant: My meal planning pages in my bullet journal always end up a total mess
I've been using my bullet journal to plan out my family's meals for the week. Every Sunday, I set up a clean spread with days and dinner ideas. But by midweek, things fall apart. Someone wants tacos instead of soup, or I realize I'm missing an ingredient. I start crossing things out and adding notes in the margins. My grocery list on the facing page gets just as cluttered. How do other people deal with changes like this in their bujo? I tried using a pencil, but it smudges. Is there a trick to keep it all organized without starting over?

Try sticky notes for meals so you can move them around.

But what if the sticky notes LOSE their stickiness?

Actually they hold up way better than you'd think! Rarely have one fail on me.

Moving them around is the whole point like lee.nathan said, but I just use a whiteboard marker on my fridge. It wipes right off and you never run out of sticky notes. The real problem is when you plan a meal but forget to check if you actually have the ingredients. That system fails way more than any sticky note ever could.
