Walked into a coffee shop in Portland and saw someone using a bullet journal for their drink order tracking

I get that bullet journals are for planning but tracking every latte you drank this month feels like overkill to me. Has anyone else seen people do super niche collections that just seem pointless?

Caught a girl at a bookstore once who had a whole spread tracking which pages made her cry. Color coded and everything.
