Wrote off that $12 dovetail marking gauge from the flea market in Tulsa, turns out it's dead on
Picked up a beat up old marking gauge at a flea market in Tulsa for $12 back in March and figured it was junk, so it sat in my drawer for two months. Finally tried it on a set of maple drawers and the pins lined up better than the combo square I paid $70 for, which caught me off guard. What's the one cheap tool you almost tossed that ended up being a keeper?
