Last month in Richmond, a homeowner wrote 'wires crossed' on my work order after I ran a home run through a shared stud bay and it tangled with his phone line. I switched to running each drop through its own drilled hole with a pull string left in place, and it cut my rework time down to almost nothing. Has anyone else gotten a simple note that changed their whole method?
