Am I the only one who quit zip tying every run and watched my callback rate change?
Back in 2019 I started leaving a little slack and a service loop at every wall plate in a 40 unit complex in Reno, mostly out of laziness. Calls for cracked fittings and pulled connectors on that property went from about 8 a month to 2, so now I want to know if the old tight and pretty way is actually costing us or if I just got lucky with one building.
