The grounding clip that cost me 45 minutes in Baton Rouge

I was swapping a drop on a house where the ground block was buried behind 8 inches of mulch and ivy. Took me 45 minutes to find it, and by then the customer came out asking if I needed a shovel. Has anyone else dealt with landscaping burying their demarc, or is it just me?
