A drop of naphtha on a Q-tip wiped along the edges usually frees them right up.

Did you try it on a camera with foam seals though?

Why is everyone so quick to dump solvent onto old camera parts? Naphtha can dissolve decades-old lubricants in other parts of the mechanism, and you might just be swapping a sticky shutter for a sluggish mirror that fails later. A proper CLA is still the only safe fix for these cameras.
