Ultrasonic cleaner on a leaf shutter cost me a Canonet and I'm still mad about it
Ran the whole shutter assembly in a cheap Harbor Freight unit for 4 minutes and the slow speed escapement came out gummed up worse than when it went in. Everyone swears by the bath, but has anyone actually had good luck with it on a Seiko shutter, or am I just doing it wrong?
