Oh man, my buddy went camping up there last month and got eaten alive! He said the mosquitoes were unreal, like a cloud around his head. Came back looking like he had chicken pox.

Lol "checking every zipper twice" is my new religion after last summer. I spent a whole trip duct-taping the holes in my tent screen. Looked like a spiderweb made of silver tape. Still woke up with bites on my eyelids. I'm basically a walking mosquito buffet, they love me. Next time I'm just sleeping in a full beekeeper suit.

Nothing like a tent deciding to become a decorative tarp halfway through a trip. Hope you're on good terms with the local mosquitoes now. At least you got a proper view of the stars for the rest of the nights, I guess. That's the kind of surprise upgrade you don't ask for. Bet you'll be checking every zipper twice before the next outing.
