Seriously, three whole seasons and it's still not perfect? Honestly, that's a long time to deal with a jacket that isn't right. Tbh, I would have gotten fed up after one season. What even makes it so imperfect after all that time? Ngl, I'm amazed you have that much patience.

Yeah it's like what Jessica Hunt said, my old raincoat got this weird stiff spot on the shoulder from my backpack strap. It never softened up, but honestly that's how I knew it was mine in a pile of jackets at a party once. The flaws just become part of the thing's story.

Look at it this way. A jacket that's broken in after three seasons is actually doing its job. The little scratches and worn spots tell you it works in real weather, not just in some photo shoot. That kind of honest wear makes the gear better, not worse. I'd trust a jacket with some history over a perfect one any day.
